Have you ever wondered why God created something so powerful as the ocean? What about the beautiful beaches we get to walk on in our lifetime? The beach like many of you is my one of my favorite places to visit. I have always felt like it is my home away from home. As a child of God, we can look out at the waves crashing and seagulls gliding and feel the closeness of God. You can breathe in salty air and smile in His presence. We can walk for miles in the sand picking up seashells and never doubt for a minute that God created each and every one for a specific purpose. I feel so small yet so important when standing on a beach next to an enormous ocean. Small compared to the mightiness of our creator . Important because my Father commands the ocean not to go any farther. He cares so much for His children. He loves us so much . He thinks of us continuously. David penned that Gods thoughts are so precious towards us. He explains that God thinks of his children so much that if you count his thoughts there would be more than the sand on earth! So, today as I walk on this sandy beach, I am walking with my head held high knowing that I am loved so much! My Abba Father adores me and considers me in His thoughts!
